i dont understand the diary. did the woman cheat on him during their high school days?

From what I could gather.
He stalked her during her highschool. He was in another school and college, eventually. While she was away, she dated another guy and had sex with him. He saw everything while stalking. But she ended the relationship and when they met again, they started dating. But now she found the diary, where his stalking and obsession was written.
She liked him originally, but dunno why they did not get together before. What I know is that his is completely bizarre. I mean, why the hell would she feel responsible for him being a obsessive stalker? She did not knew about his interest, and just move on whit live while away. Why would she make him a cuckmaster because of that?

I think they were betrothed to her and found out about it by accident. Whether it was a slip or just curiousity she had sex with someone else in multiple ways.and now the normal way will never work out anymore. Perhaps she will have the second child by him. Perhaps they'll find a way to make it work.
