It’s kinda funny to see people pretending to be impatient for what happens next… like you don’t already know exactly where it’s going. You just have to click on his other works, it’s always the same thing and always the same endings. (Et disclaimer, there are some works of him I like, others I don’t like) I just hope that in 5 chapters, Laliberte will manage to actually surprise the readers with a MC who actually improves and not just yet another clown w . I’m not saying it has to suddenly turn into vanilla, but the whole route of ‘Biggest dick tames all the girls who end up abandoning the MC, telling him he’s weak + After where MC gets a video of the submissive FMC’s sex or MC watching the show in live with a chastity belt while FMC turns into a femdom’ it’s always the same that from the very first page you already know the last. That being said, as long as subscribers keep paying to see the same thing every month, well, good for the author. He can just stay in his comfort zone.

Like Ryoko (tanned sporty girl) likes Yuuto (MC), but he likes Misaki (black hair girl). Kuroda (douche) could, for example, tame Misaki, and Ryoko could take advantage of that to steal Yuuto from her. The essence of netorare is still there, but it changes from the same old plot.

@Extendor You can keep the netorare without always doing the exact same thing. The author could give MC more personality, more guts, more power without giving him a 100% win. He could win over one girl, they could share them, etc… His family will be destroyed anyway.. so if it takes 5 chapters to develop that, and since the author himself said he wants to take his time laying the foundations, he might as well bring something fresh instead of the usual route where Bull fucks with all the girls with his giant dick and they all abandon MC

Back to this, I think the first 58 pages of this were just so excellent with the mother covering for Kuroda on her own to make him look good in a better light (or probably to convince herself). While from the teasers we knew it wasn't gonna JUST be the mother, I'm honestly disappoint on the direction where claiming the tomboy went and just in general. I know this is hentai and we can't expect better but it WAS shaping up to BE better plot wise. Kuroda could have countined to show his superiority by being the rock the rest of the women rely in this wilderness scenario (which has so many ideas you can work with),while claiming one girl at a time.

The pages as of now (73) feels like laliberte is rushing through this to the next project. Honestly I could be wrong entirely and they could surprise me, which I'm genuinely hopng for now.

Having the ending that you guys are pretending is bad is the entire point of the genre. That's why you expect it, because not having that type of ending would defeat the purpose of the genre. Yes you could "subvert expectations" by doing something completely different. But then the work would also just suck. It would rob the reader of the bull's successful conquest which is the pay off 100+ pages in the making.

It's not hard to be "original". It's hard to be notably good at something many others have done before. A decent chocolate cake is far more impressive than the very best coleslaw cake. Cause everyone makes and loves chocolate cake. And no one really makes nor wants coleslaw cakes.

Just for FYI (from laliberte):

My original plan was to release the epilogue in February after wrapping up the current series. However, I've decided to revise the plan by adding more scenes—especially showing more of what happens after all three characters have fully fallen—and conclude the series with Part 7 in February. Instead, there won't be a separate epilogue for this series. It will all be wrapped up in one go with Part 7.
The series ended up longer than I expected, but I'll be a little more ambitious with it 😄 Thank you so much for always supporting me!

LaLiberte can actually do something different from his usual stuff. To be honest, I didn’t expect Yuuto to get a happy ending since he didn’t really do anything to deserve it. Like he said, he couldn’t protect Misaki, wasn’t strong enough to defend Ryoko, and didn’t rescue his mother… but killing (douche) is already a first in one of his works.

I remember I said something like giving karma to the douche won’t erase the corruption that already happened or fix the fact that his family is broken and you can see that in this ending.

Anyway, it’s netorare, so I’ll never be able to fully enjoy it no gonna lie but the art is great and the ending is different from the usual, which is nice. I wasn’t expecting more than that. Just something different from what he usually does

the women kept kuroda's children because they fell for him and those feelings didn't go away. misaki stayed with yuuto because she hates him for killing kuroda. men and the masculine approach to dislike is direct with violence or distance but the feminine approach is more slowly poisoning you to death while gaslighting you. they want to be involved and continually make you suffer having influence over you. the mother left her bastard kid with her son cause she hates him too and knew it would make him suffer. misaki probably was involved with it to increase his suffering. we don't know if yuuto is sterile misaki could be taking the pill and lying cause she doesn't want his children and just gaslighting him.

Because not everything is made for you. What you're really complaining about is why a specific genre isn't catering to your own expectations. It's like watching a romcom and complaining that there isn't any action or that the setup for the main couple getting closer is always reliant on trite plot convenience. Can you offer your opinion and bitch about it? Yeah. Will you look like a retard doing it? Also yeah. Keep in mind most of the bitching I see is is in the comments of these longer multi-chapter series which makes literally no sense. We're SEVEN CHAPTERS in and people are still holding out hope that the story will magically swing in the other direction and things will FINALLY start playing out realistically. Also saying "why bother putting any story at all" is a ridiculous statement considering every genre of porn has stories that usually aren't realistic.

If there's one thing I can say that will hopefully clear up the confusion for the crowd complaining about "muh realism" it's this: The absurd unrealistic nature of these stories is the main appeal for a lot of people. Even people who enjoy NTR fully acknowledge how stupid it is 90% of the time when looked at through a realistic lens, but the ridiculous setups and characters are what makes it fun.

The """problem""" with Laliberte's works is that they weren't made for people who don't like seeing a male blank-slate guy suffer. And that can feel counterproductive, considering how popular blank-slate characters are in most fictional settings.
His works always revolve around a dull, normal everyday guy who ends up getting cucked one way or another, and things almost always end "badly" for everyone involved (or at least for the protagonist). We could debate whether it's literally everyone, but it happens most of the time.
What I would defend against people who say "this is bad" is this: you came to read the work of someone who makes exactly what you don't like. So it's partly your own fault.
I mean, I get it. His art is very good. At least I can't deny that the women's reactions and the sex scenes look amazing. But whenever I actually read the work, I always end up feeling worse for the poor guy.
I would recommend that—if you can—you don't really "read" it and just enjoy the art/fuck scenes.
But remember: when you come to talk shit about whatever happened, that one meme about the guy who came to the thread about things he doesn't like applies to you here.

So much talent when it comes to drawing, but honestly, it's very hard to be surprised by his stories when the author explicitly said, "Since most of my fans are into NTR, I can't really do anything else."

Yeah, in short: "If I do that, I'll lose part of my income."

I like NTR (otherwise I wouldn't be here), but there's nothing stopping an NTR work from having a "happy" ending for the protagonist while still including NTR in the middle. You can still feel that he tried to "appease" those who wanted a different ending (even though, let's be honest, we all already knew how it would end) by inserting that final scene where the hero kills the antagonist and ends up living with his "beloved" afterward — but it's so poorly executed...

(What’s really ridiculous too is that no author ever dares to talk about abortion or, in some cases, even the pill haha.)

Maybe the day the author grows some guts, he'll release something new. For now, I'm done reading him. His stories all end the same way, and even his drawings start to feel repetitive after a while. I'm afraid I'll end up not liking any of it anymore.

It's a shame, because NTR series that highlight the protagonist and don’t turn him into a full-on cuck are usually very well received and often praised as a welcome change. But it feels like every author who attempts NTR or works within that genre just copies each other. Pathetic.

lol I called it in the comments of the other gallery for this last month. Even the girls refusing to be near him after the rescue. It was so obvious how this was going to end.

Ryoko is the most forgivable since she actually allowed Yuuto to kill Kuroda (she was awake the whole time, for people who missed it), faced Yuuto afterward with regret, and then went on to have a normal relationship with men/sex (this is implied since laliberte didn't draw her doing nasty shit like she did with the others) and just wanted to erase Yuuto and those events from her mind. She recognizes that she is trash and doesn't deserve to be in his life. More or less redeemed in my book, although true redemption isn't possible because she won't allow herself to be recognized by Yuuto or interact with him anymore, so she can't go through that process with him as he's the only one that could offer it (forgiveness is an early step in the redemption process, but she ran away from him without going through the others - maybe laliberte was implying that she didn't really care and had cut herself off from him emotionally in every way, and her regret was just shame for being a slut rather than for hurting Yuuto).

His mom goes into hiding but is still a slut. Partial redemption in that she also knows she is trash that doesn't deserve to be in Yuuto's life, but she couldn't give up being treated like a whore.

Misaki only stays with him because of her rich and public-facing family's honor. Turns out she was the most fallen of all of them. She even does stuff to put pressure on Yuuto in order to keep him unstable and suffering, and then talks down to him when he doesn't perform well. She thinks she owns him and runs him ragged. She fully believes she's doing him a favor by sticking around him. Zero redemption.

This is actually prime material for a sequel involving Yuuto's broken marriage to Misaki, but laliberte doesn't do sequels.

If you remember any of my comments in other works you'll know that I am not an NTR fan. I do like to comment on those works where the mangaka tried to write a story. La Liberte is not one of those. There is literally no story at all, all the characters behave the same with the exact same motivations: the chad will have a chadcock and chadstamina, will spend 80% of his dialog belittling the MC, each woman loses all personality and individuality at the mere sight of cock, no one has a micron of dignity and the the MC will have a pathetic ending. tThis is by design. He will never be able to break this mold, he doesn't want to break this mold, his fans do not want him to break this mold. It's literally just fap material. At his point he has probably an AI plot generator.
Many authors want to write a story that has elements of their favored fetish.
La Liberte is just fetish with small elements of a story. It is slop that doesn't even hit a nerve because it's over the top bullshit. You wouldn't dissect why it doesn't make sense for Road Runner to float in the air while the Coyote falls, would you?

I'm not a big NTR fan, but this manga caught my attention, but it ended up being pretentious nonsense with no plot. I understand that this is a pure fap material, but I can't help feeling that it's trying to seem like something more. Tbh the ending would have been better if mc had just committed suicide xD

I believe that a relatively good ending where the mc grows beyond himself and breaks free from the shackles of the past would not have affected the NTR aspect of the manga.

Do you draw art? There comes a point when you get fed up with creating the same thing over and over again and want to try on new things, new kinds of stories, unless you have some sort of fixation over that theme in a way that prevents you from exploring and growing as an artist. So I don't believe in comfort zones when it comes to writing, only in terms of visual style. It's not mentally healthy to keep reheating the same story.
