She gives her ring back to MC but Kuroi cums and it lands on the ring when MC was about to pick it up, then ends up watching as they had sex and Narumi thanks MC for bring her and Kuroi her husband together as his faces got sprayed with breast milk as he regrets the swapping that caused to lose his wife to a man with a bigger penis.
