I start with a basic vagina,

Then I put into the prompt "large clit" or "long clit"
Then "small penis"
Then "small testicles"

When it comes to testicles the ai will start to get confused if you keep labeling your character as female, sometimes you might need to label her as a futa, so like "futa, small penis, small testicles, vagina"
Then keep making the two male parts bigger while shrinking the pussy. To rid the pussy put "vagina" in your negative prompt so the ai knows not to include it... usually. Switch character prompt from futa to femboy when you feel her genitals are complete.

As for breasts it is as easy as starting with huge breasts, > big breasts > breasts > small breasts > falt breasts > flat chest

As for female to futa, the genitals bit is the same but don't label her femboy or male, to fully nix the vagina as a futa put "vagina in the negative prompt.

Then just make her tits bigger and give her "wide hips" "big butt"

And yes this took forever to make... I started early July.
