@gold: I don't own a PSP myself but I saw my friend browsing around on the internet with it, I think it was a default web browser. Or alternatively with a cable of some kind?

@goldendriger - you copy them across from your PC using a USB cable & put them in the PSP photo folder. Then you browse your PSP photos for the one you just loaded onto it and choose 'set as background'.

seriously? you have a PSP and you dont know how to add a background via USB ? wwwwwwwwwwowwwwww.
