the refined story goes: mom/aunt/grandpa had lots of unprotected sex, mom (lucia) got pregnant twice. she just assumes both children are grandpas, but actually only filip's father is his grandpa, anya's father is aunt zuzana. Anya will later find out using a DNA test.

then later in life aunt (zuzana) got herself pregnant via autopenetration and had her own futanari daughter Misha, the cousin. and the simple reason why aunt never got pregnant in the initial mom/aunt/grandpa throuple is because she largely preferred to top, and didn't get a lot of creampies from her dad. they both just constantly emptied their balls inside lucia.
