I guess the teacher only make the wife to meet MC because he is afraid the husband would sue him for fraud(his goal the whole time was stealing her but she was a nut hard to crack so he kept the lie that it was counseling until she eventually gave in) but MC has no balls; she asks the teacher for his permission to give MC a goodbye kiss and he allows it but it's just to string him along in her sadistic play because one year later MC got sent an invitation where his already transformed and pregnant wife is allowed to get bukkaked by all the guests except him.

Halfway the doujin art decays a lot and near the end looks like a draft to be honest.
