This is stupid in two different ways:

1) You could never keep Elastigirl stuck in a wall. That's kind of the point of being Elastigirl.

2) If, for the sake of the fantasy, you're going to have Elastigirl stuck in a wall, why wouldn't you do something like having her hands and feet be stuck way out to the sides?

So really, it's about that big red ass and nothing else. No thought or creativity, just pure animal instinct.

For (1), it it is clearly demonstrated in the movie that Elastigirl is capable of being restrained by being stuck in a wall. When infiltrating Syndromes base, in the scene right after she checks her big red ass in the mirror, she gets her leg caught in a closing door and has to steal a keycard from a guard to free herself. It's possible to bind her in a wall. I would propose a pressurised, expanding, rubber ring built around the limb holes.

Agreed on (2) though.
