like @Ashamed.boi said. There a fantastic psychological undercurrent to Annie's transformation. Sure this is all about sissification but having her deal with the effects and consequences of every step of the process is great. Plus although there are like two psychopaths most people in the story are just regular people with their own motivations. It's surprisingly well grounded for the sexy insanity that Annie is going through.
Then there's the inc*st... this isn't the first hentai that I've loved that deals with a fetish that I have absolutely no interest in and it probably won't be the last. Annie motivations and self-betrayal are so well written that I understand why it's included and... progressed in the last few chapters. Her breakdown on all sides and continuing struggle is fantastic inspite of that.

It's thousand of panels for a good reason, it takes its time. I just wish that we get some reveal that he was cucked by his wife so it would be step-inc*st which would be more palatable.

TLDR, top tier sissification and feminization.

andreaTG真的是天才作者，《A goth fitness girl》《Dream Girl》这两部作品奠定了他的创作思路，故事内核是一致的。

相比起melissan、littletgkitten、hanna23、kizaru、tglulu、manaomega、mymoonly(放弃更新了)

andreaTG绝对是在剧情上最符合雌堕口味的，我甚至认为andreaTG就是英文世界的绵谷，甚至比绵谷还更上一层楼

很多雌堕故事都会犯一个毛病——角色在转变过程中人格改变越来越严重，到最后甚至会让读者觉得换人了，一旦换人，故事就变味了，典型的例如littletgkitten，最常用的催眠、下药，主角到最后直接变成无脑女、丧失原本的思考能力。绵谷的作品也有点这种现象，中后期开始主角就完全忘记自己一开始是来干嘛的了，完全换人。

但andreaTG不一样，主角始终不忘初心，前两部完结作品里面像fitness girl一开始是为了配合女友，后面是为了报复女友，再后面是主动承认了自己堕落的问题，dream girl也是，配合、复仇、主动接纳自己堕落的一面，到最后他们都没有忘记自己原本是什么样的人，并且依然保持了自己的脾气

这本剧情也是类似的，连载三年，全程无尿点，硬啃生肉问题也不大，是印象深刻的作品

by the way，在角色的处理上，有点像gomabura，都不是转变特别彻底的风格
