Don't skip an important plot point at the end and that Takuya's mother was jealous of her son doing Masato's mother.
Masato was jealous enough he started spying on Takuya and his mom via hidden cameras he set up.
He pushed for a party where MC's mom found out and pushed for both to the other's mother in the same room.
Masato drugged MC after he was fucking his (Masato's) mother so he could do her himself.
That's when MC's mother wakes up.

As I previously said in the prequel, Masato''s butt blasted his mother took a liking to MC while he was gloating for doing MC's nom.
