I've actually done exactly what this person did a while back. I read the prequel to this one and saw that it didn't have a translation, so I did a low-quality AI translation, without tinkering with it properly. I thought that since it didn't have a translation it was fine. I was pretty dumb to think that and was rightfully criticized for doing so, as tinkering with someone's work in translation and putting close to no effort into it is a deplorable thing to do. Then I went back and redid the translation, all the while putting more effort into it, and I do think that this guy should do the same. He has the scans right here, which contain the context of the pages, so him, or if not him then someone else could do the clean-up work here and we'd have a good product.
