Mixed and ordered the images of both versions of the set into a single version. The older gallery has both sets as well, but they're not interwoven in there, first you get the Supporter set, then the Supporter + one, they're even separated by folders in the torrent for that one, which is a shame, since the + set is basically an expansion anyways, extra images of the same set, but being separated sligthly defeats the point.
Decided to leave the bonus images as, well, bonus images, since they don't fit how the situation was going. Ishtar lost all semblance of dominance by the time of the blowjob, so it'd be hard to justify these 5 pictures in the flow of the set, which Lam Vex likely thought as well, since the creator did the same.
