Nearly all of Demon-Man's works take place in a fictional setting called Belial, where people can transform into bizarre sex creatures if they touch the sexual fluids of demons. These four pieces take place in the realm of a benevolent demon named Freya.

1. Freya's realm is currently undergoing dramatic social changes.
Recent developments within the empire and the soon 2500th "birthday" of the Great Demoness eventually led to a process called phallification. It's the wish of the realm's great counsil and probably Freya's, too, that all adult women of the realm are turned into living symbols of sex and fertility.

Many women are eager to fullfill this wish and have changed themselves, making use of these machines created by Kaidaloni rune-smiths and which now stand in each major town and village.

Watching the current developments and keeping in mind that most people in the realm have a very certain attitude towards such kinds of body modifications, imperial scholars believe that in less than a year even 40% to 50% of the realm's adult women could have been turned into walking cocks...

2. The vulvafication is the form of transformation two of the northern regions of Freya's Realm have chosen. Unlike the Phallification it needs two normal women to create one vagina-woman.

Each woman's mind is still intact and independant,. Although they can communicate mentally, each one can only controle her own side.
Each vagina functions as mouth and each side is able to speak independantly. Their single anus is located on the underside of their shared body.

A vagina-woman is alyways regarded as one being, despite having two minds. Thus a new vagina-woman is normally given a new name, often a combined form of the name the original women once had. Traditionally a woman chooses a close friend or relative to merge with.

3. The mammarification is only practised in the large region Nevilleheim in the south of Freya's realm.
The mammarification-machines encloses the willing woman's entire body except for the breasts. During the transformation the woman's breasts swell, until they are at least as large as watermelons, some can reach the size of beach balls. Eventually both breasts will simply fall off and nothing else is left of the woman.

Each breast is an independant being with the full memories and intact mind of the former woman. Thus each breast is regarded as single person. Each breast can see, hear, eat (via vagina), speak (via anus) and move around by hopping or rolling. Usually a woman's family keeps one of her breasts which fullfills a role as beloved sex-pet. The other breasts or those breast-women that do not have a family to go back to, live in the boob-farms. The farmers care very well for the women in the farms and do their best to keep them entertained and healthy. Each breast-woman is milked at least three times a day and the milk sold to the rest of the realm.

4. The last of the four types of Freyan Women. I just thought that penis, vagina, breasts AND anus is the right combination.

Anus-women only live in the small region Lherimgard in the far west of the realm. Like all other types of women, they can see and hear. They can even smell and taste with their ass-holes which function as mouths. Furthermore their minds are perfectly intact. Their disgestive-system had been changed so that they do NOT have to poo anymore. The few bodywastes are released via the bladder.
