Actually, he will make a sequel but just not anytime soon. He will have a vanilla on his next work though.

Oh really? This work didn't have an afterword so I kinda assumed no sequel for now. Did he mention it on Twitter somewhere?

EDIT: Saw a comment under the post that advertised when this originally came out asking if there would be a sequel. Mikage said he left the ending open ended for a reason. If this sells well enough he'll consider making a sequel so for now he's working on something new.
