1. First image of a small sequence. Unlike my usual works, this is not set in Belial but a near-future setting where criminal organisations can be hired to kidnap and surgically modify people.

13th of April, 2063

The second payment arrived, so we initiated the next step of the job. The target was confirmed as Nina Thormpton, 23 years old, university student with focus on history.
After observing the target during her weekend vacation at the beach, our team abducted her from her hotel room. Neither staff, nor her friends were aware of anything.
She struggled but was easily overwhelmed and sedated in preparation for the first surgery.

2. 19th of April, 2063

The surgery was a success. Our team possesses skilled surgeons and state of the art medical gear, including high-end nano-machines.
The target’s torso was scaled down, the ribcage replaced by a smaller vat-grown model and organs adjusted to fit. The legs were removed and her arms installed in their stead. The musculature was slightly remodelled to increase strength. Her hair was shorn to a more manageable length.
The scars heal quickly, thanks to medical nanites. The target can already walk but is still defiant. The next step should help with that.

3. 10th of May, 2063

Once the target had healed enough, the next set of procedures was performed. Hands were replaced by her original feet. Her scalp was permanently cleansed of hair. The breasts were enlarged with the most up to date bio-implants.
More important, the target is given daily hormone injections. This potent cocktail works as a powerful aphrodisiac, leaving the target in a near-constant state of arousal.
Meanwhile the added neo-testosterone has begun to enlarge her genitals. The target’s sexual needs have made her compliant within a few days.

4. 30th of May, 2063

The job is progressing well. The bio-implants in her chest have grown further, while additional injections have enlarged the nipples. Her ears were removed, while her spine was carefully modified to lengthen the neck.
The target’s vagina was relocated, replacing nose and mouth. A vat-grown penis was implanted to fill the vacant space between the legs.
The target was surprised to find out that the facial urethra is connected to the bladder. She does not seem to mind. The target seems to enjoy her new body and role as a sexual pet-freak.

5. 14th of July, 2063

The final procedures were performed and the target’s transformation is complete. The target’s eyes were removed, leaving it blind. In addition the skull was modified to turn the head into a smooth, round shape with the vagina as only visible feature. A third breast was created from vat-grown tissue, including a cloned nipple, as large as the original two. The scrotum was stretched and filled with 30 additional testicles for an unprecedented production of semen, supported by a second prostate gland. In addition a flexible rod was implanted in her penis, leaving it constantly erect. A rather masculine amount of body hair has grown as a result of the neo-testosterone.
The target was renamed to “Fuck-Thing” and was transferred to one of our underground brothels, were it seems very content to serve customers. It is your choice to leave it there or pick it up. Your claim that this was the target’s sexual fantasy has proven right. Only the very first struggle was genuine, during the adduction.
