After rescuing Nagi from the campers with Matsuda and Uno, Kohana asks Nagi hasn't broken this farce already after falling so deep into their secret activities, Kohana taunts Nagi about not being able to just candidly go back to Masahito, what would he think of Nagi being such a dirty girl behind his back, surely he would look down on girls like that. Nagi just quickly rebukes with saying Masahito is not like that.

Kohana gives a mean stare but changes back to her playful nature, thinking to herself Nagi surely will understand eventually how things really work. In the end Nagi gives Masahito some souvenirs from her trip and Kohana is about to say something... which is left hanging.

What a boring chapter. I've noticed that a lot of NTR mangaka love to forget that NTR needs the regular presence of a cuckold/betrayed person in order for it to be NTR, lol

The only NTR content in this chapter was in the last couple of pages. Obviously Kohana is going to expose Nagi somehow because she's jealous of her continuing good relationship with Yuki and trust in him. My guess is the next chapter is going to reveal that Kohana was exposed to her own boyfriend and dumped (thus her soured mood), and so she's going to try to get with Yuki in order to ruin him for Nagi. She won't expose Nagi herself (yet) because it seems like she likes her more than just sexually and she wants Nagi to like her back. The theory put elsewhere that she is secretly a lesbian just putting up with having sex with dudes in order to get closer to Nagi kinda rings true.

There are other common setups at this point in these kinds of stories. Another possible one is probably that the guys expose the situation to Yuki and Kohana then decides to have sex with Yuki (probably forced/rape) in front of Nagi in order to help break their relationship and finally crack everything open and expose Nagi for the willing cheating slut she is (she's had a trillion opportunities to not be one).

Another potential twist is that Kohana, being in love with Nagi and the fact the author shows her being a little conflicted, perhaps will finally feel enough guilt, and seriously rescues Nagi from her situation somehow. But this is the most unlikely and would be more work for the author to write (and we know what lazy plot-writers that H-mangaka are).
