The Japanese line ああ、クソッ さっき いっそ 抜いて もらえば 良かった ぜ (Ā, kuso sakki isso nuite moraeba yokatta ze) translates to, "Ahh, shit, I should've just had her finish me off earlier". He's referring to the slave he traded for Maam; she was sucking him off, but he didn't cum before trading her. "Ahh, shit, I should've nutted earlier" or "Ahh, shit, I shouldn't have left with blue balls earlier" would be fine if you want to make what he said clearer.

Funny how I'm the one who gets criticized for being a "shitty machine translator" when you so-called "proficient translators" make obvious mistakes like these. And there are a lot of grammar and punctuation issues, too.
