3 pregnant women got tricked into going for a pre-natal retreat at a deserted island paradise. Where the owner Mr Pitchaporn and his black magician Dr Rajeev have prepared an elaborate ritual to sacrifice them to each of the Spirits of Air, Earth and Water to ensure continued Wealth and Health for Mr Pritchaporn. They will be killed according to the Spirit that they and their unborn child are pledged to and then Mr Pritchaporn will share in the joys of their bodies.
