To be honest, the original was already very good, both the images and the text. I only wanted to do this rewrite because I liked the character, but femboy isn’t really my thing. Still, for those who enjoy it, I highly recommend following the author.
Did the AI model used to generate this not allow him to create genitals? I don't really get what the point of that is, maybe they just looked terrible?
Cute, dark, flat-chested goth girls are great and all, but the entire time I was reading it was glaringly obvious that she was a femboy in the original work and you were editing the speech bubbles to cover the genitals. The problem is that brings the eyes directly to what you're trying to cover up and ends up shining a spotlight on it.
I hate to suggest it because I'm anti-censorship down to my core, but using more traditional complete censorship (like solid black bars or white fill silhouettes) to cover the genitals would probably be better. You'd be able to only cover what you need to, and then you could put the dialogue somewhere else and you wouldn't be drawing the reader's eye directly to the thing you're trying to cover up. If you used the censorship VERY creatively, like covering the penis with a silhouette of a vulva, you could create a pretty good illusion without having to do an actual redraw.
