The models are probably from some user hosted site, you might be able to find them on youtube.

This is almost definitely done using a piece of software called "3d Custom Girl" - It's much in the vein of Sexy beach and other similar 3D Eroge games, only cell-shaded.

Had the game for awhile, you'd probably need to mod the game to put Mikan or Yami in.

With enough character models, you could "RE-MAKE" various translated black-and-white doujinshi as color versions and then re-issue the doujins with colour characters albeit on the existing B/W backgrounds. It would be an interesting demonstration of how the tools enable someone to replace part of the artistic talent with patience and technical competence at using tools.
