While I understood the actual in universe lore, honestly why they didn't try for the Uchiha, I don't know. Especially with the bad blood the Uchiha had with the rest of the Leaf, that possible connection was just right there. But honestly, while it WAS played as a joke/filler episode, there was an actual in universe attempt at getting Raikage and Tsunade together. Why it didn't go through, I have a few theories, but yeah kinda sick of seeing Black Guy=Mr. Steal yo girl: at best, or at worst Mr. Rape a girl.
