Chori likes to add these little printer paper pamphlets with some doujins. This is likely all there is.
Given the year, it likely came from Alola Girls Lost Innocence which also released C96.

I know that, but you can even get it anymore it was some limited thing. I hate when they do that you can literally charge for digital and make more money. Also I just looked the guy who uploaded that one has deleted his account.

Yeah, me. i uploaded it. I had a runner pick it up at c96 but either it didn't come with it or the runner didnt grab one.
So it's lost to time sadly.
