Voice acting can be quite a small field. Relevant example: John Dimaggio, who played Jack (your biker-looking mentor) in this game, played King Shark in an animated Suicide Squad movie (Assault on Arkham). He's best known as Bender on Futurama, which made it kind of funny (catch phrase cross-applicability). The guy who voiced Joker in Assault on Arkham wasn't Mark Hamill, but the impression was so spot-on I was fooled. Not easy to do.

And, of course, in the first decade of the 2000s, Steve Blum was in nearly everything. You have a game or a movie with a lot of characters, which VtMB is, you either have a lot of people working on it (more chance for coincidences) or you have people doing multiple roles. Voice actors can often pull that off better than standard actors, look at Frank Welker, another guy who was in basically everything. Versatility doesn't even begin to describe him.

On a completely different subject, I'm surprised by the conspicuous absence of paizuri in this gallery. It's not a complaint, it just strikes me as odd, since she's a character with such a cleavage-focused design. You'd think that to get over a thousand images on one character you'd have to stretch variation pretty far, but evidently not.

Also, if I was a vampire, I'd definitely have fake windows with electric daylight. Remodel the lair so you couldn't tell where the real walls were, allowing for hiding places and hidden passages and just deliberately making the place confusing. Not that you have to be a vampire to do that.
