30 December 2025 - Added second chapter. Characters now have LoRAs, and consistency is a lot better in my opinion. Turned out to be more of a tease/buildup chapter - but we might get to some real action next time...

20 November 2025 - My first story. This chapter is sort of a prequel, setting up the story and characters.
Sorry for the not perfect character/style consistency - getting stable diffusion to use a mix of both masculine and feminine features on the same person is a challenge.

The breasts are too large from the start, and developed in a feminine style. There's almost no progression, which is why I initially mistook the main character for a girl with short hair. This is a story of gender transformation; if I added a few pictures at the beginning of the story where the guy has an even flatter chest, it would have become more obvious.

Guessing some of his breast growth is due to his heavy milk drinking. What you could do is have a little flashback to when he was more flat chested and masculine. Even depicting how Emi didn't show much interest in him before and now finds him cute to push him more into dressing girly and her being more affectionate with him.

Next chapter will probably come in a few months. Tbh it's a pretty time-consuming and fiddly process, a page takes several hours on average.
I might also add a few more intro pages to chapter 1 - I guess I was speedrunning the start a bit too much.

karraa - I'm using Nova Anime XL locally, with Forge UI and regional prompting extension. You can download the model from civitai or use it on that site too, I think.
But if you are serious about making more than generic slop, you probably need a local setup.
If you're just starting, try not to fall for the illusion that you are generating "beautiful" images just with a dozen or so words - it's slop, and you're letting AI think for you.
Aim for 100 or 150 words in your prompt, use opposing or subtle words for layered expressions and tension, use proper weighting for terms. You still probably can't oneshot perfect images and will need to do fixups or photoshop work on them. Good luck!

If you do need some specific poses and such, I might be able to help with my own art. Easier to pose 3D models in very particular ways, and I’m… well versed in how to manipulate thicc bodies. Good work so far, and I hope hope you keep refining it. It’s a mark of an actual artist- desire to improve, refinement of process, and the eye to analyze the world and everything in it.

Really hope Ryu finds the courage to tell Emi what happened in chapter 3. It feels like she's the only character who cares about his emotional well-being and I'd hate for her support to come at such a steep cost.

Sylvrwolflol - thanks! The trouble was actually with mundane stuff - taking off shoes, putting something in a bag that someone's holding, etc... posing 3D models would definitely help, but it might be overkill, simple sketches for reference did the job well enough.
Misty F - eh, she might find out, but not sure how much she'd care or if it'd help anything. Her feelings about Ryu changing are kind of two-sided - very intrigued, but sort of turned off at the same time, even a bit jealous? Emi's a wildcard.
ACC - Honestly it was just meant as a good enough nonmagical 'accidental' reason to feminize him, but maybe it'll become something more. Not sure if it's a conspiracy or just natural consequences of deregulation of dairy industry...
riccoro - I'm taking a break now for spring and summer, I just don't have opportunity to work on it during that time...I'll start it back up in autumn.
