An archive of all currently existing images of Sasaki Maru's elephant-girl OC, Xanadu.

Created in 2013 for the Pixiv Fantasia: New World art collab. Per the collab's story, Xanadu is an elephant demon who was sealed away for being a terrible, destructive force. She was partially released by higher powers under the condition of serving for good and helping others. Originally just a giant elephant, Xanadu takes on the form of a plump and muscly BBW beastfolk. Friendly yet mischievous, she's still a very powerful and frightening force.

Sasaki clearly modeled her after jade elephants and was heavily invested in her design for a few years up until 2016-2017. He drew other character designs for later PF collabs, but never with the same kind of enthusiasm he did with Xanadu. It's a shame because he set the gold standard for this kind of monstergirl that I've never seen before nor since.
