Muzan himself was poisoned by Tamayo: Stll in his female body, he lost all his demon powers. Still nearly immortal he lost all his strength, becoming nothing more than an immortal woman.
Muzan fled into the Infinity Castle but to her suprise most of the upper moon were killed. Douma had taken command over the demons and created a harem for himself.
Muzan managed to escape the lesser demons and hide in one of the many rooms but is quickly found by Douma.
"Huuuuuh? Muzan-sama has turned into a beautiful female~ and he is weaaaak! Sooo weaaaak."
Muzan knew that she had no chance, fear and despair overcame her. For the first time in her life.
