As far as messages about tolerance go, I've seen worse, but it could be handled better. The biggest thing is that they're forcing their beliefs on the intolerant, which is pretty hypocritical. Secondly, "born that way" is sort of a sweeping assumption; while there are some genetic tendencies towards homosexuality, there is still a choice. Saying they can't help it is a bit ignorant, since it implies that they have no self-control.
