It all went terribly wrong for House Humilde that day. The Petty Countess, Bellissima Humilde, wasn't aware that her very presence would make things so much worse for her husband. It seemed as though they were going to lose everything. Their lands would be taken and their people would be plunged into a war, all of which could have been avoided if not for her. That was until the Archduke of House Fiel approached Bellissima with an offer. If she became his secret mistress he swore to offer his backing to House Humilde's legitimacy. Bellissima must choose between keeping the little bit of dignity she has left and keep her marriage intact while potentially sacrificing many innocent lives, or sacrifice her body and betray the trust in the person she loved the most to save her people.
