I'm afraid not. This is meant to be a reasonably realistic near-future setting, and these are feminized former males, so fully functional female reproductive systems are off the table. I'm aware that the hormones depicted seem to work better than they do in real life, but this is a problem with the generation resources I'm using: most checkpoints and LORAs generate dickgirls as girls with dicks, not realistically feminized former males. I would generate more androgyny if I could, and I'm working on it. However, I am sure that Feminine Dynamics sells implants that simulate a pregnant belly.

I agree on the lips, I would like to improve those. About the length, I don't plan to go longer. It gets harder to generate consistent images the longer the comic goes. It's possible, but I do this for fun, and past 20 images it starts to feel like work.

That would be an interesting dynamic to explore. If it were up to them, they absolutely would not become friends. I did try to write this dynamic into their brief dialog in this comic; it's supposed to come across as frosty, even though they're in front of Amy's master, so they're being superficially polite.

Amy is really a very nice person, so Ashleigh's open sadism disgusts her. It's also been targeted at Amy herself, which frightened her. Ashleigh meanwhile sees the world in terms of people who take sexual pleasure from their inferiors, and she tries very hard to be part of the former group as much as she can. So, she sees Amy (and everyone like her) as beneath her. However, it's common for owners to force two or more slaves who don't naturally like each other to become "friends," so it's not out of the question.
