TLDR Mamoru married MH Tao, Kouji the fox eyed guy reunites with Mamoru and Tao, he met Mamoru since his troubled childhood becoming an older brother figure to him despite that he did everything to corrupt and impregnate Tao turning her into a slut. Now Tao is a loose slut who is game for everyone, she feels like having a second child while telling her husband but now there is a new cucker in town, Hiroto who just as he walks in he's already eating her mouth right away and introduces himself after. Unfortunately for Kouji he has to for a business trip which leaves Tao unguarded for a new guy.
The author wants to keep this series going and now that Kouji is old and busted here comes the new NTRman who is going to corrupt Tao further than Kouji ever did.
