this doesnt look like bamboo ale at all. (god i miss em).

the artist is listed on the cover, its waifu dekai but they definitely polished their skills for this one.

I'd say it does deserve the Western label. WaifuDekai is a Western artist (from Italy, if memory serves me right) who wrote this comic in English originally. Despite the reading direction and Japanese flourishes, I think that is enough to make it Western.
