Akane rushes to a nearby public restroom, the message she got was from her former boyfriend Jinichi Marusakari, he simply told Akane to meet him right now and like a puppy on command she answered his call, not because she still likes him on anything but simply because Jinichi told her to, it cannot be overstated how much of a pushover Akane is. Once there Akane tries her best to assert herself, telling Jinichi not to call her in the middle of her date; Jinichi smugly says whoa, what, you have a new boyfriend, and you still came to me just like that? Akane stutters, saying it was because Jinichi called so she had to make clear to her former boyfriend that Akirou is her new boyfriend; yeah right, Jinichi cackled, he doesn't believe Akane has truly moved on from him if she is here in a random restroom on his back and call, so cuts the bullshit and ask for Akane to suck his dick right there.

Akirou doesn't appreciate Akane's new look but he doesn't pry any further, just taking Akane's reason as it is, Akirou feels he has to accept this explanation, Akane is Akane, the woman he loves, she looks different but she still acts in a recognizable manner.

Akane runs back to Jinichi after having some time together with Akirou, he ordered her to come back to him and report on how things went with explaining things to Akirou, Jinichi knows this was a bullshit excuse but he is relishing over Akirou being such a clean minded goof hopelessly in with Akane that he would eat anything she said, indeed he did, Akane even adds the fact that Akirou also ate the excuse about the baby being from one of Akane's relatives that they asked her to babysit for the time being, Akirou was such a supportive boyfriend that he actually accepted to help Akane care for the child whenever she is busy with her studies, nevermind he has to work. Jinichi cannot believe the level of self-sacrifice Akirou has in him, he laughs at the guy taking care of his secret baby, he rips on Akane for actually going through the farce he thought of to fool Akirou, Akane desperately says she only did that because Jinichi told her to do it, whatever he says, Akane is with her ass up so Jinichi fists her, further tainting Akane with a surging dark arousal she has been getting lately, that is she no longer complains all the way when they have sex, there's a moment where Akane enjoys the pain tugging in her heart, a masochistic pleasure.

Once back home Akane tries to put a happy front to greet Akirou, but he seems uncharacteristically serious as he cares for the (her) baby, Akane feels uneasy, what's happening? Akirou says he has been seriously thinking about something, now he needs to tell her... Akane starts to freak out in her mind, no, no, no, NO! Oh my god, did Akirou find the truth about everything she thinks, will he lay the verbal beat down and abandon her for good? Akane is frozen stiff, waiting for her comeuppance to check in but all Akirou does with his serious demeanor is to ask Akane's hand in marriage...

Akane cannot believe the angel she has for a boyfriend, a surge of extreme happiness and absolute guilt raced through her mind, the man she loves is asking to marry her, the very man she is stabbing in the back right now under her scummy ex boyfriend Jinichi, Akane thinks this is it, she has to think very carefully about how she will answer Akirou's proposal.

This is the only dialogue option this game presents, right near the end of the game, pretty much to take the player towards the two of possible endings.

Everything that has happened so far was this close to ruin Akane's mind beyond the point of no return, but now that she has accepted Akirou's proposal it's like a newfound source of vigor recharged her strength, Akane feels hopeful, yes she thinks of all the bad things that were done behind Akirou's back, Akane can't change the past but now she vows to completely cut ties with Jinichi, bury these dark secrets in order to give Akirou a life where she will do everything to please him moving forward, Akane will give him twice the children she has, he deserves his own and much more. Akane readies herself at her home, happily preparing her luggage to move in with Akirou who's now her fiance, she can't wait to start living with him right now, before they get married. However, things are not so simple, while Akane was lost in her own happy thoughts the doorbell rings, it is Jinichi.

Akane has developed some assertiveness at least, telling Jinichi to get out of her life, she is engaged to Akirou and is about to move in with him so don't bother them anymore. Jinichi is not moved by Akane's words, he is quite smug still, engagement? So what? Is Akane really thinking she can run away from him after completely submitting her body in every single way, fuck, they already have baby together that Akane seems to be forgetting she agreed to fool Akirou into helping nursing, and she has a second baby on the way, who even is the father for this one? Jinichi tries to make Akane face reality but she still puts her feet down, she will give everything she has to make up to Akirou, but Jinichi isn't buying it, he pulls a document and shows to Akane, see this he says, this is a marriage certificate, Jinichi smugly says Akane is just engaged with Akirou right, they aren't married yet, so just leave him and marry Jinichi instead, he has the certificate ready to take to take torwads the nearest office.

Akane cannot believe the bullshit she has just heard, she reacts so strongly against this, it being by far the most backbone Akane has ever shown in this entire game that she seems like a different person altogether, this impressed Jinichi a little but it doesn't make him leave, if anything it makes Jinichi eager to completely squash Akane's newfound resolve. Seeing how words aren't enough to make Akane obey him anymore Jinichi just pushes her down instead, he laughs, saying he will completely dominate Akane's body and mind with such mind boggling sex that she will give in and stamp the certificate in approval of their union. No, no, no, Akane tries to run but her body isn't listening, see Jinichi says, there's no need to deny it any longer, she belongs to him Jinichi boasts, but Akane keeps resisting with her words, Jinichi is trash, he only cares about her body, she wants to be with a gentle soul like Akirou, heh, are you sure Jinichi says, to me it seems you are fighting against your true self not to stamp that certificate! It breaks, Akane's newfound resolve was for naught, her mind completely succumbed to the temporary high Jinichi has etched on her psyche once he got her to play the stripper, Akane says yes, she will marry him with a completely distorted face resigned in deep pleasure, but Akane's thoughts are crying out apologizing to Akirou over and over again, she was not strong enough... months go by, and for the first time in this game Akirou gets to be the POV character for a bit, he talks about how Akane had yet another relative of hers ask to care for their baby, her family saw how good Akane was doing with the first one, word got around so two babies under her care is safe enough, well, they don't know Akirou is the one taking care of them for the most part while Akane took a trip for another course abroad, the third time now, how peculiar is that Akirou thinks, they have been so busy that Akirou hasn't gotten the time to deliver their marriage certificate to registration office, so they are still only engaged (he doesn't know she married to someone else...); when thinking about this, Akirou gets a sudden case of uneasiness while looking at one of the two babies, the little girl sure does look like Akane, this thing with going abroad to study and then coming back with a baby, twice now, sure does look strange Akirou thinks, will Akane come back with a third baby he laughs trembling... but Akirou immediately erases that thought from his mind, no, of course the baby looks like Akane, it is her relative after all, there's no good in entertaining these thoughts, Akane is his dearest, how can he not trust her?

The scene cuts to Akane, completely doped after Jinichi took her to undergo through more body modifications that he loves so much, Akane starts getting bearings back, she jolts with shock, they are in a love hotel room, with a huge mirror showing Akane's unrecognizable appearance with tattoos all her body, piercings all over her face, what did Jinichi do to her, she is pregnant with her third child, can't he treat her with care? But he says he won't, he made a promise to always be by her side, doesn't she remember that? Akane starts crying, no this can't be happening, Akirou is just hiding his anger she thinks, yes Akirou came here to personally get even with her for backstabbing him; that way, Akane just reveals everything that she did behind his back, the pregnancies, there's no such thing as caring for babies from her relatives, she did countless porn videos, she is absolutely tainted, see? Didn't like this game much, only wrote this to make this gallery a full experience since I'm the uploader. You need a certain level of suspencion of disbelief to enjoy hentai plots, especially the netorare ones, but this Appetite game really pushes it, the hold Jinichi has on Akane is absurd, he himself laughs about how unbelievable it is. Even the parts that I do like, which is a netorare eroge having the means to have the cucked guy win, is a bit lacking here, how can they not elaborate on what Akirou did to Jinichi in that ending?
