Remove the tag “full-packaged futanari” and add the tag “futanari.” The character is a futa with only a penis and testicles.

pg 27 shows a pussy, so this is not "shemale" but "futanari", and due to visible testicles also "full packaged futanari".

D.rkGl.ss, it would have been better if you had stayed quiet instead of embarrassing yourself this badly. Before talking nonsense, go study basic anatomy. It is honestly impressive how someone can have such low cognitive ability and still fail to realize that this is not a vulva.
Obviously, I did not even need to make this post, because I know the artist, I have spoken with him before, and all of his futa characters have only a penis and testicles. So let’s stick to the facts. On page 8, it clearly shows there is nothing there. Later, on page 19, it also clearly shows there is nothing there, no female structure at all. And even on page 27, there is no vulva structure. At most, it is just a visual distortion caused by the distance, and even if it were not, it would still be an anus. Blankken’s character models have an anus like that, both in male characters and futa characters. But of course, you did not even bother to do any research.
And there is more. In another chapter, when Layla is having sex with Chloe, the perineal region is shown clearly empty in the same way it is shown here, except there it is much clearer. And every single time that opening appears, it is always located in the anal region rather than the perineum. That alone makes it obvious that it is not a vulva, because anatomically the position does not match female genital structures at all. It consistently appears where the anus is supposed to be, not in the perineal region where a vulva would actually be.
I do not blame you that much, because at first I was also confused by the anus design of Blankken’s futa characters. But after talking to him, I understood that it is simply a matter of 3D modeling.
In fact, page 28 itself directly refutes the idea that the character has a vulva.
And even JPMaximum_321 himself uploaded the hentai “Bull for Shopping” without the “full-packaged futanari” tag.
I could be wrong, but maybe he is the same person who, in various Japanese and Western hentai works, adds the “full-packaged futanari” tag even when the futanari character does not have a vulva. I say this because I have spoken with several Japanese artists and have seen sequels to hentai works that received those tags.
The simple fact that you sent those EHWiki links already shows how ignorant you are about the origin of the term. If we are going to talk about historical facts, I can cite records from the Heian and Kamakura periods.
The term futanari (二形) was coined in the Yamai no Sōshi in the 12th century to describe a human being with both male and female sexual characteristics at the same time. The earliest documented case is that of a man, a diviner from Kyoto, who possessed both sexual organs. Originally, futanari did not have a fixed “sex” and did not necessarily mean a woman with a penis. There is no serious historical or medical study proving that this is the original or only definition of the concept.
Claiming that futanari necessarily means a woman with both a penis and a vulva requires presenting the historical origin of that idea, because it simply does not exist as the original definition. What existed was the concept of “two forms” or “two roots,” influenced by Buddhist and Chinese terms such as èr gēn, which described real intersex variations in human beings.
The concept was never limited to a single bodily presentation. Terms like futanari otoko, or otokofutanari, have existed historically and are recognized. In Yamai no Sōshi itself, the example is a man. Furthermore, during the Edo period, there was the term futanarihira, which referred to the androgynous beauty of young wakashu in Kabuki.
Even in the erotic art of the Edo period, known as shunga, depictions of futanari were far more diverse than the narrow “woman with a penis” definition used today in some circles. The idea that an enlarged clitoris “does not count” as futanari also has no basis in the historical view. In the past, ambiguous genitalia, including hypertrophied clitorises, were included within the category of “two forms.”
Not even Japanese people agree with such a limited definition, which is why tags like futanari otoko still exist and continue to be used. Before speaking on the subject, at least learn the real history of the concept and how it originally appeared in historical records.
