Back to my roots of translating long-forgotten feminization works! This one is from 2009 and has, to my knowledge, yet to have been translated at all. Could it be because the text obscures a lot of the art? I know that I certainly had a heck of a time trying to clean it up.

On page 29, it says "saikou no onna no ko" in regular script but "Femme Fatale" in furigana. I wasn't sure how to translate and keep both in this case so I just translated the underlying script. I honestly didn't really think "femme fatale" was particularly apt in this case but that is what the author wanted to say in case you wanted an alternate take.
