Story:
偵察隊によるまたしても危険な殲滅任務が下された。町民にとって必要不可欠な物資を確保するため、一帯を掃討する任務だ。エレン、ミカサ、アルミン、ジャン、コニーは分隊を組んでいた。順調に進んでいたが、突如女型の巨人が現れ、分隊最強のミカサは即座にその巨人との戦闘へと赴いた。巨人はミカサに興味がなく、積極的に彼女を避けているようですが、ミカサは容赦なく、大きな脅威を追いかけ、巨人の体を粉々に切り裂き、至る所に血を撒き散らします。

女型の巨人はその巨大な体格と力にもかかわらず、ミカサには敵わない。女型の巨人は攻撃を逸らし、ミカサが与えたダメージの一部しか防げない。この戦いは、そろそろ終焉を迎えようとしているようだ。ところが、反対側のエレンは、どこからともなく現れた二つの巨大な巨人に襲われてしまう。ミカサはすぐにエレンを守ることに意識を切り替え、エレンを救おうと急ぐが、女型の巨人は形勢逆転のチャンスと捉え、ミカサの腹に強烈なパンチを叩き込む。
