Basically the show is about a clan of ninja that control Edo Japan from the shadows with their ability to steal and control women's bust size.

The Japanese never cease to amaze me. It looks like it's being done by the same people who did Seikon no Qwaser. Wish they would continue that. This is just way too over the top. Check the hypnosis abilities in episode 2.

And before anyone says it, the second half of season 2 was BS. It went from interesting to stupid very quickly.

this anime is the exact same as seikon no qwaser, except seikon no qwaser has two season and its fully uncensored!! The ecchi is basically the same as this
