I have bad news for you.
Every artist started by tracing art, or at least tried. This is not important though when they traced art, the fact that this gallery wins over AI is that people took a pencil and draw.

He's selling traced art which is selling stolen artwork so yeah I'd say that's a bad thing to do. He's also tracing AI as well so I really don't see how anyone can be dumb enough to defend this.
