just uploading the result of the decensoring using the ballon-translator program inpainting tools, ie just removing the bar censores, the mosaic censor is still there. It is by no mean good as a pro who does it. I just do this for my own enjoyment.

i found it by accident when i was looking for a program to translate the kyo no misako series. When i was machine translating the manga. it removed the bars when it was translation and cleaning the sound effects around the censored area. lollz. you can find the program from just googling it and its on github
it takes getting use to the tool but when you get used to it you can get satisfactory result. not perfect but acceptable. works on barcensorship only from what i have done.
