A fanon sequel to the "Inspector Gadget" (1982) animated series, building up on a certain theory about who truely is Dr.Claw and everything behind the weird behavior of Inspector Gadget in the series, with those out-of-character moments of perfect competence whenever his niece was in true danger to die.

Also featuring 2 sexy pin-ups for older Penny and older Atsuko (Penny's friend from the animated series) and a 4-panels one-shot with Gadget performing the same move of a certain character by Capcom that was clearly an hommage himself to Inspector Gadget.
