Seems quite weird, pokemon only even show up near the middle for a few pages, the world only has like 5 men total for some reason, and nobody seems interested in controlling them. The hypnotized people basically give themselves away and yet not one is subdued; they really should be pretending to be normal until at least the midway point when they have most people, what was the point of advertising the visor if they're all applied by force? Early pages suggest they need to keep wearing the visor, yet people who would likely be more mentally sturdy like professors are the first to be mind controlled merely being near someone with a visor, and later we even do see they don't need to keep wearing them to be controlled.
