The reason Kousuke is so vindictive towards Kanako in the end is due him finding about this whole ordeal after Kanako had already been fully poisoned by Nakanishi, becoming impossible for him to even entertain the idea Kanako was ever coerced into serving Nakanishi due his scam, because this 3rd part actually showed Kanako's toll was paid the moment Saya joined on for a threesome Nakanishi's request once Saya accidentally caught them by surprise, she was free... but it restarted just one month after for even less reasonable reasons, making Kanako seem more at fault than before.

Kousuke became suspicious earlier in this series, reframing the scene on Part 2 where Kousuke casually asked Saya about her big sister's busy life as a working mother as he actually fishing for information Saya may have had, but he brushed it off since Saya vouched for Kanako by telling Kousuke her big sis would have told him any worries for sure, but now that a colleague of his found out he got cheated on, with first-hand proof after he tapped his wife's phone he advised Kousuke to keep his eyes open, shit like this can actually happen... Kanako hadn't gotten intimate with Kousuke since she was getting railed by Nakanishi, now her body had become fully shaped by Nakanishi, she is mad horny but Kanako hopes she and Kousuke make love soon so her love rewrites her dark desires... but on the day Kanako plans to be with Kousuke she gets a message from Nakanishi, one month after radio silence, well Kanako hadn't heard of Saya since either and now it is revealed it was due Saya doing the unthinkable, she actually borrowed money from Nakanishi just so she would be indebted to him, actually expecting to be "forced" onto serving him!

Kanako immediately changed her plans to be with Kousuke, willingly lying to him she has a sudden matter to attend, truth is in order to meet Nakanishi; since his colleague raised the red flags Kousuke tagged Kanako's phone gps in secret, taling to her meeting place in a hotel. Once Kanako gets at the hotel room Nakanishi taunts her about Saya's situation, how much of an obvious slut she is for willingly getting in his servitude, and that Kanako is too since she came running as soon as she his message, Kanako tries to save face she is there to save Saya but her thoughts immediately rush to her need for pleasure, it actually clashes with Kanako telling herself she doesn't want Saya to fall into a scheme like her but at the same time Kanako is jealous of Saya having Nakanishi for herself all along after they stopped speaking for one month, believing Saya was just hiding their secret in shame but Saya was just having this for herself instead! Kanako stops all pretenses, she throws herself at Nakanishi, she wants to relieve herself of one month of pent up desires.

Kousuke has gotten there, he can hear Nakanishi and Kanako speak so brazenly about how tremendously great their sex is, with Nakanishi taunting Kanako she is pretty much doing this out of her own volition now, her toll was paid, why pretend she is doing this now to help Saya? Asking if Kousuke is really that bad at pleasing her, Kanako tries say it is not like that but her expression and actions betray every word that come out of her mouth, when Kanako fully surrenders herself to pleasure, and Saya actually acts as all of this is good, her big sister feeling so much pleasure is akin to happiness, Saya doesn't see this as betraying Kousuke at all, it doesn't even cross her mind; meanwhile Kanako is telling herself she loves Kousuke but what Nakanishi can give her is just too amazing, saying sorry over and over again for losing to Nakanishi's mighty dick, admitting she is nothing but a sow / female (title drop).

When the new neighbor couple speak about them settling, and the news reveal Nakanishi's firm and gang got busted by the police over fraudulent rates and contracts, the wife tells her hubby the nursery nearby is pretty good, their little daughter is fine there, she also sees the neighbor father always there for his daughter Aina, he seems tired but seems to be doing his best, but surprisingly she saw what appears to be the mother for the first time, she was so polite but her face seemed very rigid, forcing a smile... there it is revealed Kousuke unleashed on Kanako by taking Aina, she thanks Kousuke for allowing her to be there today for Aina, now that she is asleep it is time for Kanako do her task, yes the price for Kanako to be able to see Aina is "helping" Kousuke please himself with the videos of Kanako and Nakanishi...

Saya really got out of this without suffering any consequences, Kanako's part aside Saya actually is to blame too for her big sister resuming her time with Nakanishi, at first Saya tried to make it seem she was only helping her big sis share the burden, but it was obvious she was starved for sex after she purposely borrowed money from Nakanishi after Kanako's toll was paid just so she could have an excuse to be under Nakanishi's hand again, well she got it, her big dick provider got arrested, her sis' marriage got ruined, her bro in-law got mind broken, and she gets to ride into sunset without consequences since we never see Saya in the end again, she thought keeping it a secret would help Kanako, well that only helped herself...

Edit: Went back and added more context to how Saya is to blame for this too, looking back at my original summary I didn't explain too well how Saya got away with it by just vanishing from the story.

Funny how in the afterword Kakyubushi says he planned for this to be even longer but decided to reign himself in order to keep everything tight, well, making Saya disappear isn't very tight... anyway, looks like we have another NTR author who wants to spread their wings, he talks about not wanting to do netorare next time, time will tell if Kakyubushi will follow through with that wish.

Like what everyone has said before, this story ended with consequences and I really like that. Their marriage is forever ruined and Kousuke has what seems to be custody over Aina or at least uses her as leverage over Kanako(can't see her otherwise without pleasuring him over the sex videos of Kanako and Taniguchi). And yeah, Saya getting no mention towards the end to be never seen again is really the only bad thing about this story.
