Necro from Street Fighter III is one of the funniest characters to play, he has lot of tricks to confuse the opponent with but requires lot of skill to play efficiently.

In the SFIII series, the player picks 1 of 3 Super Arts before the match begins, and Necros SA2 "Slam Dance" is TOP 5 WORST in the game (functionally useless).
