We finally have a Netorase tag, so not every NTS work gets labeled as NTR. Yet here we already see an example of it being misused.
Nothing in the story even hints at it being Netorase. Which would mean that the the boyfriend knows about and enjoys the situation. In fact, we have dialogue that explicitly suggests the opposite:
"Looks like Ange's boyfriend doesn't know about this. Well, he'd probably cry if he did."
This makes it clear that the boyfriend is unaware of what's happening, which is incompatible with the Netorase tag.

Besides that this is great NTR~ I just wish the guy didn't talk as much.
