That's what jehaknaboom does: look for stuff that's already uploaded, upload it again slightly upscaled, try to have the existing gallery expunged, and then disown his own upload so he can do it all over again a few months later. He does it to farm mod power and has essentially admitted it when confronted in the past.

And now he's going to use his mod power to downvote this comment from me. The pattern of behavior is WELL established.

The only break in the pattern is that he hasn't started the expunge petition on your gallery. I think he's hoping someone else will do it, because it got to be too obvious when he did it himself.
