Anna remains the same, a 29 years old divorced gyaru mom, but Takeshi is called by name from the start now (he was once nameless at the start) and he has a face too. Same story from before, Takeshi got dumped by his girlfriend and went to the beach alone, there he stumbles by Anna, the gyaru milf who's Takeshi's younger childhood friend's mom whom he was often forced to babysit when they were little, Anna immediately snatched Takeshi to make her some company and help her with sunscreen lotion, things go from there and a dumped Takeshi loses his virginity to a gyaru milf.

Here, this is the specific starting point Tomoru is remaking and hopefully continuing from.

Not mentioned, just like that wasn't mentioned in the early parts of the previous series either; maybe in this new universe there will be no random 6 years timeskip where Anna is not with Takeshi and is getting taken by her nephew Yuuki instead. Considering the original verse didn't go anywhere after that sudden shift...
