for everyone who didn't know, some of LewdPeach/EroMomo sets tell a continuous story. most stories are only 2–4 sets long, but the Oregairu story is by far the longest. since so many different people have uploaded LewdPeach/EroMomo sets in a mixed-up order, I decided to put together a gallery containing all the Oregairu sets arranged in order. there's also a second story centered around Isshiki Iroha that I may upload in the future. It's currently around 1000 images long.

hey guys, I could really use your help. KuruFapJikan has just deleted/expunged a lot of my galleries and then reuploaded them using MY CONTENT. He simply downloaded my galleries, deleted mine, and then reuploaded them as his own galleries using my images... the reason given was the order of the images, because I usually use a different image as the cover image than the original one. also, it seems I'm not the only uploader affected by this. does anyone have any idea how I can deal with this or what I can do about it?

It doesn't look like there's anything I can do about it... which is a shame. I genuinely enjoyed uploading here and wanted to give something back to the community after all the years I've spent using this site myself. but if this is how things are handled, I don't see any reason to keep uploading...

If he can so easily use that reason to have your content removed, it suggests that the site's rules favor his actions. In that case, you need to adapt to the rules to protect your content.

I saw the conversation between you and him in another gallery. You mentioned that even if you didn't change the image order, he "would still report your content on the grounds of duplication." However, when the image order is identical, shouldn't the person who uploaded them first be entitled to protection?
I’m not familiar with this site's specific regulations regarding uploaders, but that seems like common sense.
Please don't give up and leave so easily; as I said, understand the rules and adapt to them.

yeah, I could upload an image twice and use one copy as the cover, but then he could just flag the gallery for duplicate images and we'd end up with the exact same result anyway.

the thing is, some AI uploader do this, and as long as the cover image is still among the first ten images in the gallery, it's really not a big deal. some artists don't even provide a specific image order, so you have to arrange the sequence yourself. others use completely different images when promoting the set on Patreon or Pixiv. even the artists themselves often don't use the first image of a set as the cover, so I don't really see why this is suddenly such a major issue...

It’s not about any rules. yesterday he even sent me a PM asking me to upload my sets to Mega so he could upload them himself… I said no, and a few hours later all of this started...

Based on everything you've said, this indicates serious loopholes in the website's rules for managing uploaders. You could appeal this matter to the site's management in the future, providing your screenshots as evidence.

yes, I did that. I’ve contacted two moderators and will post an update here once I get a response. I’m not expecting much, though, since it usually takes several mods to remove a gallery, so he likely has support or friends on his side already.,.. he is top 5 uploader I think or something...

but at least I’m trying to bring some attention to it, especially for other smaller uploaders like me. this probably isn’t the first time he’s done something like this, and I hope others see it

Yes, I've considered that possibility too.
But even that's true, there's no need to get too worked up. You don't really have anything to lose, and he doesn't really have anything to gain. It's not like GP or Credits can be converted into real-world currency or anything.
Just do what you can and relax. If you feel like taking a break from uploading for a while, that’s perfectly fine. Don't let something this silly spoil the reason you started visiting this site in the first place.

yeah, of course it’s just frustrating. but like I said, I’m not doing this for any rankings or credits. I already have more credits than I could ever use from three months of uploading. I just don’t want him to get away with it that easily. that’s all...

creating a new version of a gallery and swapping an image doesn’t take long. but he didn’t even give me the chance to do that, even though he had sent me a PM just a few hours earlier. then just taking my images and my title and reuploading them… you really have to come up with that idea first...and it all happened so fast...

Shit happens. I wouldn't be surprised if such websites harbored loopholes and "corruption". Perhaps people simply don't care because it has no bearing on real-world interests. Visitors don't mind who uploads the galleries—as long as the content is there. If someone wants to "monopolize" uploads on the site, why not let them? After all, they're spending their own money, aren't they?

That said, I don't quite understand the motive behind trying to "monopolize" uploads like that. What do they stand to gain? Is there some tangible benefit, or is it purely a matter of vanity?

I think he just wants to stay high in the rankings and eventually you simply run out of content to upload. so you either buy access to a new artist or basically steal it… given how much he uploads, it would surprise me if he had an active subscription for every artist. I also checked his content a bit and he uploads a lot of duplicates, but I think nobody dares to report his galleries… I haven’t done it either so far because he just uploads so much and I didn’t want to upset him.

he also only took galleries from me that performed very well (high raiting + views) so far...
