TLDR Saori th MH is a proper neat girl who isn't ok with her vanilla life, goes to a massage parleur where the worker gets too touchy with her but shes doesn't resists, then turns out he is friends with her BF, he blackmails her and things escalate to an affair where she is willing to becomes his plaything. By the end she has a call with her bf whom she hasn't contacted much lately and she looks dead worried but also got a call from the worker who is waiting for her again, her friends asks her if she went to the massage place but Saori lies and says she didn't and that she won't go afterall while her friend teases her for having a sexy lingerie and that she looked love struck on the phone. In truth she is worried about her bf finding out because it will be over but if she doesn't sees the other guy she'll be even more done for. IMO she's just using the blackmail as excuse to keep the affair going on.
