it's enlarged version of pretty low resolution source material, which makes it even more blurry. Even if you enlarge source in image viewer by clicking magnifying glass plus icon, it looks better. https://i.imgur.com/iasHD8q.jpeg . It would be best to NOT enlarge source material, and if you need to do it for uncensoring process, then shrink it back again to source size, and overlay it over original image only in those places you worked on.
