This whole series has been fully fan translated already, but unfortunately it has been deleted from here. The title Irodori uses for this series is "Cat's Cradle" they also have fully translated it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So I'm not going to summarize the whole thing in detail since it's already fully available in English, but just for context it's a story of Mizuki being easily taken, no coercion whatsoever, by her tutor under the pretense she is just "training" to make her relationship with Ryota, her boyfriend, progress faster since Mizuki wanted to go beyond just touching hands.
However, Mizuki is easily swayed by her tutor who bends her to his will, doing all sorts of dirty things, including sharing Mizuki around, to the point when the tutor decides have Mizuki finally do with Ryota, their first time becomes a humiliation ritual instead, Ryota is drugged, Mizuki lays with him but she has been so warped by then that she doesn't feel anything with Ryota's dick, the tutor reveals Ryota everything he did to Mizuki, even deflecting himself as just trying to teach her new things for their sake but Mizuki was the one who kept accepting his lessons, thus he guides Mizuki to him as she completely forgets Ryota even existed, her tutor mockingly expressed worry for Ryota as he ran away from such shame brought on him, but Mizuki doesn't care, with that the tutor finishes his part with Mizuki and leaves her to her own devices... the thread was fully severed (that's the series theme from the title).
Thus Mizuki grew up to be a loose college girl, wanting to be passed around, her tutor really did a number on her, him disappearing from her life didn't make Mizuki want put that world of pleasure behind her; Ryota completely disappeared from the story, a new character, Kentaro, who just met Mizuki is introduced as the new netorare prop, he thinks Mizuki is a pure girl who enrolled with him, but soon Kentaro gets to know Mizuki likes go around, he deludes himself into thinking Mizuki is being taken advantage of, but no, she is isn't, Kentaro desperately lays with him along with the playboy hoping he will rescue her, oh how delusional he is, Mizuki is enjoying this, there's no one in need of rescue; THE END. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This Soushuuhen actually adds new content not yet available in fan translated format or Irodori format at the very end, adding depths to a certain character in the final pages.
We see a handsome basketball player narrating his highschool days, he is called Kashiro, how he and his girlfriend were quite the famous couple back then but once they were about to graduate they told each other their respective choices for which university they would go for, yes, they were different... Kashiro suggested he changed his choice to be with his girlfriend but she convinced him to pursue his main choice, Kashiro was the most brilliant of the two.
Thus Kashiro and his girlfriend promised to become great pen pals in this long distance relationship, no such thing as email, no, physical letters are more meaningful so they communicated this way... for a while, she started getting less frequent with them, then she stopped completely, Kashiro didn't know what was going on, one day, however, she simply send him a message by phone asking to break up, Kashiro was left befuddled, she never even said why.
Kashiro heard from his colleagues with friends all over that they saw his now ex-girlfriend with another guy, yeah Kashiro found out she was cheating on him in college, the break-up was just the nail in their already dead relationship. We see Kashiro's face, he was the tutor all along, at college a girl called Nijima makes an advance, she is so happy to see him again, they know each other from somewhere in the past, she looked at him lost in throughts so she wanted to get cozy with him.
Kashiro interjected Niijima, didn't she have a boyfriend? Huh? Does that matter Niijima replied, Niijima looks mighty cute and lonely right now besides she thinks her boyfriend is cheating on her, thus Kashiro and Niijima do it, she is very satisfied and casually says she is falling for him, just like that, after one hook-up, Kashiro monologues in a cold self-realization that yeah he was never in the wrong, why beat himself over his highschool girlfriend cheating on him, women are these types of creatures after all... THE END. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So Bekotarou decided to explain why the antagonist is the way he is with the Soushuuhen, he got hurt and decided hurt others from there onwards... what about Ryota? Dude really was discarded like nothing, never to appear again or have his fate explained, he really was just a receptacle for Netorare, nothing else... poor dude.

L story to be honest. Author went as far to try to white wash the pedo tutor but god forbid author tells what happened to boyfriend afterwards. This would had made more sense if it was the BF the one turning evil after what his GF and the tutor did to him drugging and humiliating him thus making a villain out of him, not just "my gf cheated so I'm becoming a turbo rapist".
Oh right, I remember the afterwords of the humiliation ritual chapter, IIRC author said Mizuki didn't get to face the consequences of her actions because he doesn't want to hurt female characters lmao.

Bekotarou mentions he personally doesn't want to make female characters suffer in the Afterwords for the original Soushuuhen print in 2021, it wasn't in the 4th issue, which is humiliation ritual chapter.
It's still here in the digital version, page 163.
Yeah, pretty crazy how an author just inadvertently admits no female character of his will ever truly suffer even if she does something that warrants it. However, Bekotarou also openly says he loves working on both vanilla and netorare works, and his resume does show it so he is ok for that alone on my book, too many netorare authors have become "genre trapped" and no longer do anything else, Takeda Hiromitsu being the absolute example of this.
