I am a hobby artist on DeviantArt. All images shown here were created solely by me. I own all rights to the images. They are also uploaded only here and on DeviantArt. Any distribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited, and violations will result in legal action. I refer to European copyright law.
Yes, you're right to a very small extent. But without the AI following orders, without you specifying what something should look like, without templates that you've uploaded to feed the AI, even an AI can't work. The ideas, the templates, are in my head. I agree that the AI simply transformed them into images that I imagined.
This page usually contains entertaining content. You know what I'm talking about, not pseudo art that literally plagues the entire network. If you want to generate interest in this place, upload the content we usually look for. How I hate the one that simulates Studio Ghibli, it's a plague on YouTube thumbnails.
This is just what I do as a hobby. I don't want any special attention with it. To be honest, I don't really care what you think. Those who are interested in this should celebrate. Those who aren't can go fuck themselves. I created all the pictures you see here myself using my own little AI. I know that this isn't particularly perfect, and it's not meant to be. I only started the whole thing a few weeks ago. And considering that it's basically my own little private AI, the pictures don't look that bad.
AI images are not protected by any copyright laws in the EU or elsewhere, anything you "create" can be used by anyone else for any reason. Also please stop, you are terrible at this.
The use of copyrighted works to train AI systems is generally permitted, as long as there are no explicit prohibitions on use.
AI-generated content and copyright:
AI-generated content is generally not protected by copyright, which means it can generally be used freely.
Since I already pointed out in the description of this gallery that the use of these images is prohibited, I have met all the criteria for a prohibition on use. Therefore, these images are subject to copyright/intellectual property.
This is just a small excerpt; the entire work on copyright is two books long.
@W1slicer : If you don't want to see something like that, then just don't look. Or are you the kind of person who drives past accident scenes with your cell phone camera running and then complains about the stupid, perhaps fatally injured driver on the internet?
You're contradicting yourself. If "AI-generated content is generally not protected by copyrght", you don't get to "point[] out [...] that use of these images is prohibited", that attaches to copyright, which you don't have because you're not the author of the images. You haven't "met all the criteria for a prohibition on use", because you don't meet the most important one - you are not the copyright owner.
Your stuff is good its nice to look at different styles of stuff. these people are just best to ignore, from what i can tell they have strange tastes, and they like to form a club that hates AI.and not one of them posts or helps the community so keep up the good work.
